Subscribe to debt collection services

With our debt collection services, you can transfer unlimited unpaid invoices to our debt collection specialists. As soon as we receive your order, we start the amicable collection phase in which we approach your customer several times in a short period of time to pay the outstanding invoice. Do these actions not lead to payment? Then you will receive advice as to whether a legal prosecution process is legally and financially feasible.

  • Your own client team with permanent contacts;
  • In the event of a successful collection, you will receive the full principal amount from us;
  • You pay no file costs;
  • Amicable collection: do we collect nothing and establish that the claim is irrecoverable? Then you do not have to pay anything (no cure, no pay);
  • A limited own risk in the event of judicial collection. This way you will never be unpleasantly surprised;
  • Legal assistance at a reduced hourly rate;
  • You only pay 175 euro a year (excl. VAT).

You take out the subscription for the duration of one year. You will receive the invoice for this on the e-mail address you have provided.

The agreement starts on the date of signature and has a notice period of 2 months. You can notify us of your cancellation by post or e-mail. Have we not received notice of termination from you? Then we will renew the subscription for a period of one year.
