I receive letters that are not addressed to me. What can I do?
If so, we would ask you to return the letter to Bos Incasso as soon as possible. You can write on the envelope 'Return sender'.
It is possible that the previous occupant is still registered at your address. Check with the city council whether this person is still registered at this address. This will also prevent other organisations from knocking on your door.
