I think I have received a phishing message, what should I do?
Do you think you are the victim of fraud? Please let us know as soon possible. You can submit your fraud report directly to us.
I am not satisfied, how can I complain?
We want you to be satisfied with our service. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied. Please let us know in order to solve this.
You can report your complaint via the complaint form.
How do you deal with personal data that I provide?
In all cases, the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the requirements of the privacy act. More information can be found in our Privacy Statement.
As a client, do I have to enter into a processing agreement with Bos Incasso?
Yes, we are processors of data that you submit to us.
